admin bar not working on mobile view when not logged (responsive fails)
When I resize my browser window to a small "mobile" size, all the vantage website realign itself to the new "screen resolution", except for the admin bar (JUST WHEN NOT LOGGED IN). The bar is still there, but their buttons don't appear on the screen.

When logged in, the responsive feature works perfectly on admin bar, by replacing text buttons by icon buttons.
