Avatar 'Edit Image' link does not work properly on the user profile
Avatar 'Edit Image' link does no work properly on the user profile. The link points wrongly to an admin URL (http://xpto.com.br/wp-admin/post.php?post=8120&action=edit) that I believe that it shouldn't be.
