Contributors can access back end of site.

Hi,

I'm not that happy about directory advertisers being able to access the WordPress back end of my site. As contributors, they can click on the speech bubble icon next to Dashboard and they can then see the Wordpress back end. They can see customer reviews, blog posts etc. Is there any way to stop this? I can't change their user types because then they won't be able to submit listings, will they?
