Create Listing or Event not working - reloads select plan page

Hi there,

I'm having issues with my vantage theme on a multisite network. Installed on a subsite and with only 3 plugins activated on that subsite:

I'm using a child theme on vantage version 3.0.1 - I deactivated plugins and used default theme. Still having the issue when people login and start creating a new listing or event, they will not pas the SELECT PLAN page. The page reloads when clicking on continue after a selected plan. The page just reloads to SELECT PLAN page.

Any advice?
