Creating a Listing in the back end (how to add PDF?) OR always make listing claimable

Hi all,

So i understand how to create a custom form to add the option for users to upload a PDF to their listing which works very well. But site admins or moderators who are creating listings in the back end do not seem to have access to include PDF's or any of the other custom form additions.....

This means that currently if i want to add listing to my site i have to do it from the front end, then go into the back end to make the listing claimable as the issue is i need to add listings that have a PDF attachment and are claimable.

I want to be able to do both either from the back end or front end........Whichever is easiest to sort out

How?
