Error message appearing in coloured strip above header menu

Hi there,

I have created a child theme to make a number of changes to the vantage theme and I've started receiving the following error message just above the header menu but within the coloured area:

[function.implode] is hyperlinked to http://www.ratedguides.com/function.implode. I have not made any changes via the new functions.php file yet and the only css change is a slight increase on the left hand indent of the site description in the header. Any ideas what this means and how to rectify it?
