New Page added that is not styled with Vantage 1.1.3 theme

Hi,

I have created a new Page called "Terms and Conditions" to a Vantage 1.1.3 wordpress site and it is set with attribute "Default Template". It appears as follows:

I would like the page be themed as per other template pages provided with Vantage, like the "Blog" page:

How is this done?

I can see other example Vantage sites that do have this working.
