Registration form now blank
When using the permalink registration form that keeps the vantage theme identity e.g. .../directory/register/ I get a page that is now blank where once was the input fields? How can I fix?

The call url .../directory/wp-login.php?action=register brings up the wp login.

I have checked settings in admin and have the "Use default WordPress login/register pages" is set to NO i.e. is unchecked
