Theme displays left and newest are random

Love the new theme was hoping you would fix a few display issues I.E

See http://www.elite6.co.nz/author/dp-herbals/ the theme displays left however the content is fine

Also as my default I have selected to have "newest" however when you look at http://www.elite6.co.nz/ you will see the featured are at the top and the newest are random

See http://www.elite6.co.nz/listings/?orderby=newest isn't that how it should to be?
