    Vantage page load delay cause

    Something that I found strage is that there is a reference/call to for a ie.css file that does not exist. I did a quick fix (blank ie.css file) until I can find the code to delete. When running a speed check on the site, there was a .897 ms delay as the theme was looking for a non-existant file. Please have the dev address this.
    Running Vantage on 2 sites- both are on
    the Latest Development Build (1.2.2 dev)
    & WordPress 3.5.1
