    Update Profile Error - change password error

    When changing the admin password from edit profile I receive this error.

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare add_user() (previously declared in /wp-admin/includes/user.php:17) in /wp-admin/includes/user.php on line 18

    Until I resolve this is there a way to change your admin password in the db? Or better yet change the user name and password
