URGENT : All internal pages redirects to homepage ?

Hi

I just realized that all my internal pages results that comes from a search engine redirects to homepage. Here's an example. Hotelinkl.com.my is my site. Click on any of the internal link and you'll be sent to the homepage.

Here's what I tried to do to fix the prob. No success so far :-

1. Disabled all plugins
2. Use Vantage instead of Vantage child theme
3. Use standard wordpress .htaccess file
4. Update/change permalinks.

Vantage is installed on Wordpress multisite, updated to latest release.

Does anyone has the same problem ? Or is there a solution to this ?
