Admin email is sent to author when comment/trackback has been made!

This was fixed in critic (i guess) but not elsewhere in the vantage installation, which is quite short-sighted if you ask me.
So, when someone makes a comment or a trackback, the author/contributor of that listing gets an admin notification email Please moderate: "...."
meaning it has
wp-admin aproval and trash links etc!!
Yes I tested it on a clean install (
WP 4.9.9 and 5+, with vantage 4.2.2) and YES i need a fix asap!
