    Vantage Forms is duplicating fields with name 'map' and 'car'

    Vantage Forms is duplicating fields with name 'map' and 'car' after saving.
    Even if I try do delete de duplicated ones, they appear again after saving and page reload.

    I think it's related to the thread below that I created 3 social networks modifying the functions.php?

    Only after rolling back the modification, I was able to delete the fields in the Vantage -> Forms.
