Custom Forms Not Showing Up on Listings

Hi there,

I just noticed that my custom forms are not working anymore.
I can create them and assign them to categories but when updating a listing or creating a new one the fields that are made in the Custom Forms are not showing up in any way.

The standard Form fields are working fine, even when added new fields.

I already tried disabling plugins etc but no use. Custom forms are not having any effect on the listings.
To clarify:

I checked the Vantage settings (Custom Forms are ticked).
Deleted previous custom forms completely and created new ones.
Assigned Custom Forms to the right Category.

Can't get the custom forms to show up on listings.
