    Missing Template "Upgrade Listing" in "Page Attributes"

    Since I started upgrading to Vantage 4.1.4 and I noticed that some important pages were missing, I started creating all of them.
    But, when trying to create page "Upgrade Listing", I've noticed that the value "Upgrade Listing" is missing from field Template in "Page Attributes".
