I cant see them cause the guy that installed it for me made it seem like he made the script and the only way i could get it was to pay him to put it on my server
It does not sounds legal.. It sounds like he is reselling classipress.
He must have an account on appthemes, If you know it, you should report his name, but maybe he sold you an illegal version.
I checked and if he had the developers lic. then he broke no rules. He cant resell the script but he can charge someone and upload it for them. If I understand correctly.
