but that not enough (try before you have to many ad in your site smooth slider real option and a real community behind
and many other possibility
the ability to put in category and sub category )if prob you can tell me

@content slider -> I will have a look at the "smooth slider" plugin. Later i will report which one suits me the most

@transposh -> I choose not to use the automatic translation of content. Prefer to store native language in database and let the engine translate on viewers request. It would be very funny to read your own peace of non-English text after google translation to English and then back to your native language...

I had a look at the "Smooth Slider" plugin. Did you have a look at the plugin i use? Dynamic Content Gallery

After some inverstigation i find the "DCG" much more advanced and works beter with custom post types.

Why would you use "Smooth Slider" instead of "DCG" ?

having select slider for each category
with a bit of coding you can display slider for what we call "category" and filter the post only for the respective category

I think you have done pretty well. Today I am going to start a new thread around UI and usability of the classipress themes. Because what I have noticed is that the layouts are very old fashioned and not many developers or designers have introduced a new game changing themes.
But I would rank your site 6.5 based on how it looks today (8/08/2011) on a scale of 1-10 (my criteria is more towards being web2 type look and feel and beyond that). If you are disappointed then let me comfort you by saying that on the same scale with the same criteria the default theme of classipress would be ranked 2.2-2.6.

Mr Green, thanks a lot for sharing your knowledge! But i don't see the advantage of this Smooth Slider plugin compared to the Dynamic Content Gallery plugin?

Selecting a categorie is a build-in feature in DCG. And many more advanced option that the Smooth Slider plugin does not have...

In my next post i will show you more about the functions of DCG.
