Good example of a working site using the Job Roller theme

I am in the process of developing a jobs site using the Job Roller theme.

I am looking for inspiration. I would like to see some examples of successful sites using this themes.

What do I mean by successful? A site with a lot of daily traffic, frequently updated with current jobs and generating a steady income.

Most of the examples I can see go live, then crash and burn.

I have encountered jobroller based high traffic sites but I doubt they will share their URL for some obvious reason.

Regarding the plans to get traffic... I'm a trying to a have a lot of job offers first (emailing campaign). Then I optimize (SEO) every job offer I get (title, meta desc, URL). My main goal to get traffic is to have a good SEO. Actually my domain name will help in a long term strategy.

I would like to do an adwords campaign, but unfortunately, I have not the money to run it
