lol You said to ask you if anyone wants to know how you developed your site...hence me saying 'you did say to ask if assistance' nevermind ! your site is cool, The little things make a huge difference. Im going to give job roller a go, next 24-48 hours. I may use some of the plugins you have suggested.

I made some (imo kickass) modifications:

• CSS outerglow and slight opacity change on job-listings
• Custom Tooltip over sidebar on joblistings containing title, logo and excerpt
• CSS Dropshadows on tooltips

interesting . you like your visuals dont you, just be careful not to overdo it. im impressed.

I know, it is always hard to find that fine balance between design and UI, but i'm doing my utmost

developers have a habit of developing a website for themselves and not the client, we are all guilty if it. ;0)

i agree on that allthough this is pretty much good for the visitors since they can see part of the job without clicking.
