I noticed that if you click Brows CV's it just refreshes the job board, as in it directs you to the homepage. If they are locked down, you should provide some form of landing page so people are aware of it, since I felt mildly frustrated when I couldn't continue on.

Other than that, I really like what you did with the Terms, Advertising, and Prices.
