heres a new one (well updated and re-vamped), just taking time out from adding stuff into the sidebars, so i thought i would show you guys and see what you think.
A very nice, perhaps heavy, modification. The only trace of classipress I see in it are the orange buttons and the ribbons.

It has to be judged by effectiveness. . .and it appears that you have a lot of users. . .which means that you have done something good with the design.
If it works, don't change it.

Quite right, infact this does very well in Search Engine returns, even out ranking well established property portals for generic (rather than specific key phrases)
