    Pretty good but has room for improvement.
    The website doesn't need "Sharing is sexy" icon rows twice - it detracts from the purpose. In my opinion, they should be entirely removed.
    The Google Adsense has a link to a better job search website.

    seriously you have asked for feedback......your site looks crap! not very good at all. I could give you a milliion reasons why I would not use your site, however I do not have the time.try again.

    Obviously you had enough time to offer a comment void of any decency.

    To the OP, I agree with cloudybright, cut down the icons to essentials. I use SB and there are others I am considering because it can slow down the page. Even after doing some backend tweaks, I suspect it still causes some lag.

    I'd re-organize your header and create some feeling of separation with different color schemes for your different menus/links.

    You need a good logo to pop too.
