    I think one aspect of making your site more valuable is to have some traffic of which may take time. You may start with on-page Search Engine Optimization(SEO) then do the off-page SEO. There are tons of information about SEO that you may search through Google for example http://www.google.com.ph/search?q=se...ient=firefox-a.

    Hi japanfreeclassifieds,

    My comments are:

    - The Ad Categories in the middle of the page, in my opinion seems to be cluttering the front page. Maybe you can try using the Standard Style instead of the directory style.

    - How's your website monetization? Are there enough advertisers paying for your banner ads?
