I have ripped a little design from postpanda.

Hmm.. By "ripped a little design", you mean "totally copied", right? You realise your logo header is showing as "postpanda" too don't you?

I think the right thing to do would be to contact the postpanda developer and see what they think of it...

well it was just like a showcase don't need it for anything

In my personal opinion, copying "some stuff" is still copying. Your header and footer background is a blatant copy of the Post Panda graphics. It's one thing to customize your site so that the layout is somewhat similar, but to ripoff graphics is just plain wrong, especially without written consent from the site owner. I can tell that the Post Panda owner spent a lot of time putting together their site ...

Absolutely agree, Cecil did a great job on his site and put in the time and effort and the rest of us can either learn and do it ourselves or pay to have it done. I am currently awaiting the custom search to be completed and will pay for it as I am not a developer.
