www.elocriativo.com - Portuguese Job Portal for Creative Minds, just finished!!!

I've just finished my job portal using the fantastic JobRoller(v.1.3) theme - Elo Criativo. It's a Portuguese Job Portal aimed at Creative Jobs and Creative People.

I've made some changes to the theme using a child theme and added extra features that are missing from JobRoller. Features added:

Admin Panel
- Added a 'Minimum published Jobs por Auto-Post' option to set the minimum number of posts a user must have published in order to get future posts auto-published. This is very useful to avoid spammers.
- Added a 'Featured on Job Category' option. I have the option for 'Featured Jobs' or 'Featured Only on Job Category'. This way I can sell 2 types of featured jobs with different prices.
- Added option for global discount on all prices. I included this options in order to discount prices during the website launch or to use on special promotions.

Other Features
- Thumbnail on the front page featured jobs
- Google Maps on the Job Detail page
- Company Logo moved from the content to the sidebar
- Added 'Jobs from same Author' sidebar
- Added 'Favorite' jobs so users can favorite jobs with no registration required. This was achieved using a modified version of the 'Favorite Posts' plugin.

Sebet, this is some serious fine tweaking you've done and all of the Features you created are awesome, do you provide customizing services or did you hire an external? I would be interested in similar modifications, let me know either way, and seriously, GREAT job on that theme!
