As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

If you have any support questions, please contact the seller directly per their instructions on their Marketplace item's support tab. Thank you.

Featured Job Listings
Featured Job Listings do not drop off once their expiration date is reached.

Say, we have a Featured Job Listing with expiration 02/20/2015, it still displays in the Featured section on 02/20/2015 and onwards, it should not be shown in the Featured Job section once the expiration date is reached. Please help.

Oh forgot to mention, we are using Simplux 2.2.4
