Multiple jobs in same city - problem with map flags

As the number of jobs in the same city grows, so this problem increases.

Currently I have 6 jobs listed in Melbourne, Australia. When job-listers submit a new job and choose the location "Melbourne, Australia" all jobs are allocated the same GPS location (ie: the central post office location for Melbourne). Since job listers never provide the exact address of a job, then all jobs in Melbourne will be provided the same location by Simplux.

Now a job-seeker drilling down in the map to Melbourne will only see 1 flag (for the latest Melbourne job) rather than for all jobs in Melbourne.

Could you not change the flag code so that it shows the location (ie, Melbourne, Australia) or shows "6 jobs", rather than the single Job Title of the latest job in Melbourne. Then rather than the seeker only seeing a single job when they click on the flag, they should instead see a list of all jobs in that location (ie. similar to using a query like http//:mydomain.com/?s=&location=Melbourne? )

So instead of being presented with the job detail page for the latest Melbourne job only, the user will be taken to a list of all the jobs in Melbourne and can then select the Melbourne jobs that are of interest to them.
