As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

[PROBS] - Contact email on sidebar doesnt work
Hi There,

Since some weeks i've some troubles.

When i'm on ADS , if i complete contact form in the sidebar, form redirect me to : thank-you/#priceblock2

So it's seem ok (by the way, how i can change the texte/translate in this thanks you page)

BUT email never comes in email box....

Id'like fixe this probleme....

Setting :
> Wordpress : 4.7
> Classipress : 3.5.8
> Simply R : 1.3.5.6
