*** New Marketplace Support Model ***

As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

If you have any support questions, please contact the seller directly per their instructions on their Marketplace item's support tab. Thank you.

thanks for this great design!

however, I noticed some problems:

1. after activation on a fresh installed wp 3.5.2, i get this message(twice) at theme-admin page:
"Notice: Use of undefined constant APP_FL_TD - assumed 'APP_FL_TD' in /XXX/XXX/wp-content/themes/simply-responsive-cp/functions.php on line 50"
2. the ads-loop post meta show this message twice (between Author-Icon and Author Name):
"Notice: Undefined variable: cp_options in /XXX/XXX/wp-content/themes/simply-responsive-cp/functions.php on line 275"
3. on mobile view, the mainmenu did not diseaper and i cant see the menu-selectbox, this doesnt looks good strange: your demosite looks perfect on mobile view. (http://demos.fabtalent.co.uk/cp-simply-responsive/)
