As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

usability concern with "Go back" link
I came from the Dashboard page and navigated to the site Homepage.

On the Homepage, I started out viewing the "Latest" tab.

I clicked the "Popular" tab and saw there were no ads.

There is a "Go back" link there.

I expected it to take me "back" to the "Latest" tab.

It took me back to the Dashboard, not the "Latest" tab.

I think some users will be surprised by this behavior.
