Thread: All I need is a simple footer.

All I need is a simple footer.

There seems to be plenty of menus for the header but none seem to address the footer. I want a very simple text footer on the bottom and something like a terms of use or legal notice. Where can I find that? Is there a plugin that I can add that option. I don't want to do a lot of programing. I just want a footer instead of a 2 inch wide black stripe! Thanks!
