Thread: Create checkbox list of tags on "Create Listing"

Create checkbox list of tags on "Create Listing"

On the "Create Listing" page there is a textfield for visitors to type in Tags when creating a new listing.

I want to change this to a checkbox list of predefined Tags so that visitors are only able to select multiple Tags from a specific list and not just enter whatever random Tag they want.

I'm sure this must be possible, but not sure how, any suggestions and would be gratefully appreciated.
