Deep linking listing from detail page

Does anyone have any idea how to let the users add deep links on their listing page?

I am looking for a way to add up to 5 deep links to the users site, with control over the link text. Preferably it should be connected to a specific plan, so we can charge based on the number of deep links they have ordered.

Also, I would like to be able to provide a way to set the link text for the main URL.
