How can i add custom fields to listings like e.g. email, fax, etc. to Vantage theme

Hello, i've purchased vantage yesterday and i'm loving it. i only got one problem: i need to add custom fields for listings, e.g. fax and email. it should also be importable by the CSV importer. - I have been searching the source code but i haven't found the place where to add it. please help.

p.s. Just to clarify: i know how i can add a custom field for one entry. However i want this field to be shown already when i create a blank new listing, so it should be a "predefined custom field" like facebook, twitter, etc ...
