    how to change the grey background color of my headings

    My labels all have a grey background to them (see photo). How do I change that to a color of my choice? I'm new to coding so a step-by-step instructions would be greatly appreciated. Thank youScreen Shot 2013-08-21 at 10.45.06 AM.png
