An INVOICE form generater is needed

I think there's a lot of guys out there still waiting being enabled to buy a plugin which allows to design / improve the generation of an invoice - the default last page of the invoive part - where the packages and addon listed with selection of payment type is really really POOR.

An invoice should have the possibility to defined at least:

a header (with backgroud image) - text zones
a footer (with background image) - text zones

a middle part - where misc. fields could be defined (collected) to present a good looking invoice
posibility to export to pdf and print out the invoice !!!

THIS PROBLEM IS ALSO FOUND IN ALL OTHER THEMES LIKE CLASSIPRESS; JOBROLLER ASO.

so a good and easy to handle plugin would be worth up to 50 bugs - and hopefully a lot out there LIKE it so someone experienced take the time to help us out of this leakage.
