Creating a BLANK landing (splash) page

I am trying to figure out how i can create a completely blank page to add HTML code. I do not want anything on the page but my HTML. No headers, no sidebars, no footers, and no CSS from Vantage.

I already tried to create a custom page template with page.php but it still shows the headers, sidebar, and footer.

This is needed for my splash page.

Please advise.
