Use HTML in custom fields

My ultimate goal here is the use dot leaders to make a good looking charts of addresses and phone numbers for "Additional Locations" as a custom field for my listings that have more than one location and phone number.

I have the CSS/markup for this but Vantage/WP strips my markup from the custom field, so it does not work. I need to either modify WP to not strip markup from the custom fields or somehow make the Vantage custom fields work through the Advanced Custom Fields plugin.

Anyone have any ideas? None of the other posts concerning this have been answered so I hope I can get some input.
