    Would like to move Log in / Register links from the top left to top right

    This question is regarding Vantage Theme. I have done default installation (no child theme). I would like to move login / register link on the top from left to right hand side. I have checked all the tutorials but can't find the answer for the same. Also would like to change the bar color from gray to more eye catchy. Please provide solution as soon as you can.
