    Good Source Of Locations For Multi Region CP

    Hi,

    I have recently received requests from my members to open my site to other regions other than my default UK location, i have the Dynamic Multi Level Fields Plugin to allow this but i was wondering if anyone has any good sources of lists of locations to add to CP?

    For Example a list for USA and European locations such as country,state,city

    Can anyone recommend any data to use?
