I have used many diffrent hostings for my over 400 website, after all i always went to back to hostgator. Their support make me save so much money on Webmaster "fixing" small stuff for me.

Take a look at Quadra Hosting – they have a plan that's about $10 a month that may fit your needs and their support is very good. Their systems are quite fast too.
Other than that, you could also look at NetLogistics or xHostSolutions – but their basic plans are getting to the $20 p/m mark – but still great support.
