    How to Create Admin Sub menu Page

    I am trying to create a submenu page from the doc here http://docs.appthemes.com/action-hoo..._submenu_page/
    It does not seem to work.

    I am new to wordpress/php.
    I tried creating admin menus from wordpress documentation http://codex.wordpress.org/Administration_Menus It WORKS.

    Can somebody help me here....?
