Need to add another classified area to my site - how to?

I've got my classipress site up and running and its starting to do gain traffic. I'd like to add a page that is for "resources" - kind of a directory for local businesses. Is there a way I install another classipress theme sort of as a subtheme? or is there a way I could point a page to another url that has classipress installed? Essentially I want my site: www.365thingstodoloudoun.com to have a page called Resources in the menu. But when the user clicks on the menu "Resources", they go directly to a page that looks identical to the home page, however, it will be business listings...where accountants, contractors, plumbers, etc...can list their company.

You can install a separate instance of wordpress/classipress on a subdomain though it will require separate login for users unless modified with.

Or is there a way to make the menu header "Resources" just link to a different URL?

Is there a best practice for this? Or an easier way? I had thought of just using a page with listings, but that could be really lengthy?
