Need specific help regarding error code

I am using 3.1.9 and on all of my sites am now getting the following error code:

Warning: Missing argument 2 for wpdb:repare(), called in /home/alabamak/public_html/wp-content/themes/classipress/includes/admin/admin-options.php on line 2263 and defined in /home/alabamak/public_html/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 990

The specific issue is causing several problems:

1 the error message shows live on some of my active pages.

2 it is blocking me being able to edit 2 of my 25 form layouts?

I have not made any recent changes to any of my sites, but this popped up about 2 weeks ago?

Can anyone help me.

Due to some changes made I cannot upgrade to newer versions without losing all of my prior work.
