since you have FTP access go do THESE STEPS

USE FTP and DELETE these FOLDERS and FILES

Get Rid of them and then see what you have if you are SURE that you have the original Classipress theme-footer.php file NOW inside the Classipress/includes folder or the Classipress_3.1.4/includes folder, whatever is the activated Classipress folder

NOW, go DELETE the following to clear out the cache...

wp-content/advanced-cache.php
wp-content/db.php
wp-content/w3tc/
wp-content/w3-total-cache-config.php
wp-content/plugins/w3-total-cache/

the file is with permission 644 !

You have a strange situation. It appears that your hosting service is serving up some cached results from hours ago. I cannot find the source of the cache files on your hosting account. But I am getting the same error regarding the line 74 of the theme-footer.php in the Classipress /includes folder except that it does NOT exist. I renamed this file so that it cannot be found or used and yet the error persists. Except that you should be getting a whole new error message about the entire theme-footer.php not being found. I have totally wiped out W3 cache as a plugin and all other W3 files are gone. No other cache plugin exists either.

You gave me the wrong IP address for the FTP... using the FTP address you gave me I have been working on very similar files but just not in your current ONLINE account. I checked out your IP a minute ago and it is different than what you sent me. Let me now work on the correct files.

I deleted the Wt3 stuff, took off the WT3 settings on your .htacess files and then corrected your includes/theme-footer.php

I get what I am supposed to get now...try logging in

Just so you know, your CORRECT IP ADDRESS FOR WORKING ON YOUR SITE WITH FTP IS 195.22.8.85

You are making a mistake using the other FTP address you just noted.
