When making configuration changes CLEAR CACHE and Turn it OFF in the ADMIN panel

Use the correct IP address for FTP access

You apparently have made some changes in your hosting account

You have a "ghost copy" that looks ALMOST the same, but it is an entirely different set of files that are NOT PUBLIC, NOT ONLINE

195.22.8.85 is where your site is actually located

You will have to re-install W3 Total cache again if you want to use it.

Just got back from Tuscany, looking forward to seeing Portugal.

Good to know that your site seems to be up and running again. I have the same case and clearing cache and browsing history helps a lot especially if your site is in other language than English.
