That shared hosting i guess so it creates problems. There is other script you can try
I love to help out you out but please read this first Have you tried to install in a root domain? Have you tried to Resave permalinks? Have you tried to disable all plug in? Have you tried the default theme of Wordpress?

If you are having problems on a shared host with w3tc then you should change hosts. I know I have a dedicated server and my customers get the same setup as I do and I have my sites on the same server and there is no problems with w3tc. in fact I'm setting it up now for my two new vantage sites.
