    I'm having a problem when this is activated the custom form does not show. Anyone else have this issue, or know a fix?

    Bottom of listings in left side menu bar in backend then you create one and assign categories to it

    Do you get an error or do they just now show? If you deactivate the plugin do all of them then show?

    Create listing
    select category
    Custom form applicable to category choice doesn't show

    Disabling the plugin

    Create listing
    select category
    Custom form applicable to category choice shows
