Maybe not to every quote request but when related to an issue on one of my products for sure I personally replied (or at least one of my team members)
PS: There are tons of websites based in ClassiPress using the
xtremecarousel plugin with no problem... so maybe you have not made the installation properly, or have some plugin conflict, or...
